Freak Squall

There was a freak passing snow squall this morning (Lake Effect) which blanketed us in a quick inch of unexpected slipperiness. The windchill was brutal (apparently the coldest day here since last February), so it immediately stuck & froze on the roads. The bus was delayed almost 20 minutes, adding some excitement to the first day back to school after the break. Good news is that I got an early blip opportunity without much thought needed.
