Who wants to simply mark the same old pre-packaged anniversaries? Don't gifts and well-wishes mean a little more when they arrive unexpectedly? Why stick to prescribed dates like birthdays, Valentines day or other contrived and thinly veiled excuses to market and consume?

Let's colour outside the lines.
