A drunk stick insect

How do I know it is drunk? It is legless.

Actually, it only has five legs, not six. Not sure if this is a recent loss. One of them lost a leg when it was very young. Young stick insects can grow them back. Unfortunately, this one will be legless for the rest of it's life.

Not a great photo, but it had a grip on to my right hand and wouldn't budge (I am right handed). Have you ever tried taking a left-handed macro photo with a right-handed camera whilst your right-hand is out of action? It's not easy!
