Bakewell cheesecake

This is my current favourite dessert and comfort food. It was a real hit at my 30th birthday bash earlier this year, and the best part is that it's only £1.50 at the big four-letter supermarket. Go treat yourself. It tastes just like those little Bakewell tarts from one of the big cake companies (which is not the same as a proper Derbyshire Bakewell pudding), with the added bonus of being a cheesecake. I could have tidied it up a bit for photographing it, but that would have delayed the eating of it.
