I'd love to meet the guy...

...who went through the effort of putting this sticker about 3.5 meter above ground level (that's an undisclosed number of feet and inches for all the imperial measurement users out there, but basically it's higher than a tall man with his arm stretched up to the maximum - even when doing little jumps to try and reach even higher).
So this prophet had to use either a chair, a step ladder, or for the more technologically minded a four-wheel drive cherry picker with hydraulic suspension and RDS radio with MP3 player plug in.
All that effort for the benefit of the odd blipper roaming the land in search of photo opportunities above eye level...
Because all the other walkers out there look either straight ahead of them or at the pavement, as they zig-zag between dog excrements.

As for the man who believes that the digit three should form the basis for yet another religion, I would like to meet him too.

I am open-minded.
