First day back at work can only mean one thing........yes, get on the scales and count the cost of Christmas in pounds and inches! The bracelet and beads are an incentive - 1 bead for every pound lost.......quite a few beads to thread!! Not the most inspired photo, but am using it to inspire my diet with treats of photographic purchases for reaching mini targets!
