The Portrait Gallery, Main Hall.

Maggie and I thought we'd have a nice wee jaunt to the Portrait Gallery followed by coffee and a scone. Mmmm....scones.....
Ok, we mostly went for the scone.
However, apparently the rest of Edinburgh had the same plan, the place was absolutely heaving! If it doesn't look it here thats because everyone was either in the cafe or huddled around the exhibits.
We turned tail and headed home, too tired to fight against the crowds today. Back to bed instead!
