Strange things afoot

The yellow clock on the left is telling the correct time (well it would, we are in Cornwall and it is the Cornish clock).

Both clocks are radio controlled self correcting blah blah blah.

I could understand if the right hand blue English time clock was slow. But it is not. It has gained time and is running 11 minutes fast.

Like I said, strange things afoot...
