Windy day

Wow-what a windy night and day.
The wind was howling outside the windows of the birth unit last night-didn't put off the arrival of a new baby though-a lovely waterbirth at 0650hrs this morning.

A couple hours in bed after the night shift before heading out to get some fresh air-(understatement) hands nearly dropped off from the cold whilst holding my camera.
Home now to a nice hot drink.
