Robert Garnett's Cabinet Works

Mr Garnett was born in 1830 and died in 1903, I don't know when he started and built this factory but the tower is a local landmark and obviously requires money to maintain it. As a result, there are mutterings about its safety and future.
It remains a Warrington landmark for the moment.
