Red Alert

Edinburgh is on 'red alert' which apparently means it's very windy and we shouldn't go out unless absolutely essential.

Well we didn't know that so Ann took me out on my morning walk as normal and she got bashed in the face by some flying debris. Fortunately not too badly just in case anyone cares.

Thought I might as well do early blip today. This is me looking out the window where I can see the top of Backford Hill where we had our blip meet.

I'm hoping that the wind will have died down by this afternoon so that I can have a decent walk.

In the meantime Ann's going to brave the wind and go and sit in the local 'wifi' coffee shop so she can catch up on some blipping.

Red alert or not a blip a day is 'absolutely essential'!
