Snow Sun

This morning saw the first snow flurries of 2012. They didn't develop, but for a while the thick flakes and the snow clouds performed some impressive filtering of the Sun.

If this journal hadn't been overdue a splash of colour, I would have brought you the ominous Two Headed Crow.
