Happy Bathtime

Spent a nice lazy-ish last day of the holidays. Sat around in our jammies til 10, then I went down to ride Lime, whilst Mr EG and Toby went to the park and played lots of games. The park and woods were absolutely rammed with people, most were considerate to the fact that crowds are spooky to horses, some were not and were intent on doing their own thing irrespective of anyone else who was out trying to enjoy the sunshine, walking 5 people wide down a path and refusing to walk single file to allow us past safely. Grrr! But I didn't let them spoil my ride - or the idiot golfers who waited until I was just level with them before whacking the ball, making Lime spook and then did exactly the same thing again. I guess if you are dull enough to waste your holidays playing golf you may get a kick out of spooking a horse on a road. Ok - rant over!
