The detox begins!!!

Today I have taken down the christmas decorations and begun the chocolate/sweets detox for all of us, including Snuffles!!

I have been to the supermarket and bought a shedload of fruit, veg and yoghurts and it is "hurting" already. Feel the need to nibble but will resist. It is approximately 24wks to we go on holiday so we need to get the bods ready for the beach/poolside. Back to Zumba on Friday too.

I would say that we have all been a little "stressed" out by the lack of chocolate today but after a couple of days we will be fine.

This is the only thing Santa needed to bring Johnny. The delight he has had since Christmas Day has been amazing. A great deal breaker too when he thinks he can defy me!!!
