The end of Christmas

Today the Christmas tree and all the decorations came down. It now makes me wish I'd cleaned before I put them up, but with a house under siege from builders and plaster dust it was never going to happen. Thankfully the girls go back to school on Wednesday so full cleaning mode starts then.

I caught this blip after popping over to see my mother. One day I'll take my big camera over with me and try and get some shots of the oil refinery. It may be a blot on the landscape but some days the chimney are quite striking against the setting sun.
