Beside the seaside, beside the sea.

What you can't see in this amazingly quirky seaside artwork is what is written on the paper on the table. In an older gentleman's handwriting are two letters - one with a poem - explaining why he has created this for strangers to enjoy on their afternoon stroll. Life brings storms he says. He hopes we catch a line that leads us in the right direction. He wishes us happiness.

I smiled with delight when I saw this today and felt grateful that the artist had shared his gratefulness with us.
