New Year's Day 5K

The "before" picture....Colum & I ran the New Year's Day 5K. We thought we'd walk it but at the start Colum said "want to jog for a bit?" I said sure and off we went. We ended up running the whole thing. The longest Colum has run. Great start to the year!
