Warming Fire

So, in Corvallis, on this day, we stayed home. I was armed with new camera and lens and I waited and waited and waited for turkeys, deer, birds, squirrels...ANYTHING living outside of the four walls of the house. Nothing, nada, zip, zilch....not one thing came within camera range. So...here's their fire blazing away in their wood stove.

We ate, played cards and greeted the new year before we all went to bed.
