New Years Day

Miserable weather for most of the day. We were going to go out but once the rain set in we decided to stay home and do vital stuff like making lists ......

I wanted to do a photo looking back at the house from down the bottom of the garden. I've done quite a bit of that as we had a sack of spuds over Christmas and stored them in the shed so quite a few trips in the dark to get the potatoes for the evening meal

Coming back is easier than going as the "bridge" over the pond is clearly lit and your eyes are getting used to the dark. Less easy on the outward trip
