A New Year

Today's the day for New Year's resolutions to commence ...

I've already broken the healthy eating one but I'm pleased that I have kept the one about starting my blipfoto journal.

A very understated New Year's Day following a wonderful New Year's Eve making new friends, eating, drinking and generally being merry at Edinburgh's Hogmanay Street Party.

This is a photo of a violin that has been in my family for a number of years - I'm not sure anyone has ever actually been able to play it.
