tracks of life

another bridge

little did i know that today held a much bigger treat than yesterday's blip. behold, the longest covered bridge in the world, in hartland, new brunswick. at a stunning 1282 feet, this was the best walk in the shade that i've had all week. ever get that feeling that dying today would leave you with a life fulfilled?

though i selected a blip that didn't have any people in it, i was amazed that i was far from the only one marvelling at the bridge this afternoon. there were busses (plural) of tourists all sharing the world's longest boardwalk on a covered bridge. of course, now i'm wondering what else is nearby to draw tourists by the busloads.
