The Day I Went To Buckland in the Moor

Went to a church up on Dartmoor today. Famous for the clockface dedicated by a son to his mother. I hadn't realised until today that the hour chime is also different to most other clocks. Really charming.

Post Blip. Went out with the camera this evening and decided to replace the poor shot of the clockface (having used my phone) with this picture of the footbridge in Torquay

In the news. A Swedish woman who lost her wedding ring found it 16 years later growing on a carrot. Love it. Quite pertainent in our house as my wife lost hers for a few weeks last summer and found it tucked behind a radiator.
