The New Year dawned grey, rainy and miserable. No change there then...

The rain stopped for about 20 minutes this morning so I emerged from the house for a brisk walk around the block and noticed that this street sign contained a subliminal message for me.

Someone alert the National Happiness Index people at once! It's all going to be fine!
