Happy New Year ....

.... to all my fellow blippers. May 2012 be a good year for you all.

John and I had a lovely walk in the sunshine this morning. This old beech tree is a landmark between Penicuik House and the River Esk, helping us to find the path down to the river. It has seen many New Years come and go.

Coincidently, the numbering on my camera reached a full cycle today - it went from 9999 to 0001.
