fireworks over Breckenridge

The last day of the year here went out with a roar. Such strong winds that the whole town lost power early in the day and nobody could ski. The power came back by noon, but the annual night ski with torches was canceled. Fortunately they did manage to get off a few fireworks. We had a cozy view, and a great dinner too, provided by local friends. And so we gratefully close the last year and look forward to the blessings of the next.
