It must have been hard work building a wall along the cliff here. Now there is only the lower course of stone left. I had walked across a field in Evie to the shore at Point of Hisber then north to this point. Six common seals were on the rocks and watched me settle in the lea of the cliff to make coffee. Then back down along the shore as far as the Sands of Evie. The day was grey and overcast, but it was still nice to be in the great outdoors after a week in the city.
