Sun Street in the Rain

Daddy had a day with Carys today. He took her to London on the train, then on the at the front of the top deck of a double decker bus, to Trafalgar Square. They saw some American marching bands and then went to see Stickman at the theatre. After some lunch in an Italian that Daddy used to frequent (where Carys must have charmed them, as she was given extra ice cream for her pudding), they headed to Horseguards to see the soldiers and even went into the museum.

William and I meanwhile went to the gym, B&Q, ASDA, the library and Boots. What a day of contrasts.

Had thought to use a shot Carys took on her camera of a mounted soldier, as my Blip but in the end plumped for this as it sums up the post Christmas feeling.
