New Coat

Had the day off and decided to hit up the thrift store up the street. They're only open from 10-2 on weekdays, so I never get a chance to make it.

It's a tiny little place, but I managed to spend a significant amount of time there. Turns out that the first Thursday of every month is $5 bag day, so I made off with 11 new things for $20 - this coat (which is a Pendleton coat) was $15, and the rest was 50c a piece! There are some things that I will try to consign, and if they don't take it, I will just donate it to another one of my fave thrift stores.

Had pad thai from the Thai place around the corner, then headed over to W. Seattle. Got some help for a knitting pattern from one of my go to stores, then headed into the junction for some early Christmas shopping.

I ended snagging this gorgeous Pendleton scarf - I put it on my Xmas wish list, but I was told that this was the last one they had and the company is all sold out of them. So naturally I had to buy it.

Finished off the perfect day off with dinner at La Medusa. Aaaaah.
