Instructions

I've decided to become ultra healthy with my eating to coincide with my tri-weekly swims. To make these damn tasty been burgers you shall need...

1 Large Chili
1 crushed clove of garlic
1 Diced Carrot
1 Diced onion
2 TBSP of plain flour
a handful of fresh coriander and basil
400g of washed chick peas
400g of butter beans
1 Tsp of Paprika
1 Tsp of Cumin

Lightly fry (without oil if you can) the onions with the crushed garlic, while at the same time boiling the chopped carrots. Add the coriander and basil to the onion/garlic mix. Mash the beans (or do what I did and use a food processor), and then add the spices to the mix in the frying pan.

Put the mashed beans into a pirex bowl along with the carrots, and then add in the tasty fried mix. Stir in well with approx half a cup of water. Once the water is in the thoroughly mix in the flour.

Form into tasty looking burgers with your hand and then lightly grill.

Serve with mozzarella and onion chutney and a crispy roll for a tasty and healthy dinner.
