New Years Retreat

Tonight was the beginning of a New Years retreat I am doing this year. Tonight was the wine and cheese party. I love doing a retreat at this time of the year. It's a very healthy thing to do and much needed in my life.

Here is a photo of lit candles. Each candle is a pray, either in graditute or in need. We each lit a candle and expressed our thoughts after some quiet reflection.

... It was very beautiful and very spiritual...

Looking forward to tomorrow as I spend the whole day remembering the past and looking forward to the future.
