Monty's first Christmas

'Monty' is the name we've given to the antlers that were bestowed upon us by some Highland friends. In this photo he has given over being a hat-rack and is serving as an instant Christmas tree. Much less work, given that I was only at home for a couple of days and Christmas was a hurried affair, consummated two days in advance owing to bi-location conundrum faced by our offspring. Monty, however, is still with us, and excellent company he is, too. Happy Hogmanay!
