Town is getting kitted out for the big party - looks fun.

On the other hand, the weather is utter misery and unfeasibly grey. A few half-decent misery shots which I couldn't bring myself to use while still on holiday, so here's Calton Hill.

(New lens today - not for this shot- the nice man in Jacobs sold me a Tamron SP 17-50 f2.8 . I haven't had any kind of multi-purpose or standard zoom lens for over a year after the last one broke, so I look forward to laving it on for a while. Looks good so far)
