It makes my blood boil!

Who do these people think they are?

What gives them the right to dump their rubbish in public spaces that belong to all?

You just walk the dog, minding your own business, and come across this sort of thing, just because some cowboy can avoid paying to dump his trade waste. And he's probably charged the house-holder extra for taking it away!! On the same walk we also passed a site where a similar pile had been doused with petrol and set on fire. Scorched earth, burned fence and assorted melted plastic and metal left-overs.
