Once loved, now discarded - poor Tree

First of many Christmas Trees that will find their way onto the pavements of Edinburgh over the next few weeks. The council will pick them up from the refuse bins around the City and re-cycle once back at the depot. High winds usually mean trees put by one refuse bin end up a long way from their original home or trapped under a car. This one was spotted on my shuffle this morning, first one I had seen so thought I would get a wee pic of it and post here. Long live the Christmas Tree. Happy New Year all. xx
