Boxing Day Eve

Merry Christmas! Early start for a cup of tea made beautifully by Nick and then presents. I got a couple of DVD's, the oxford dictionary of Nursery Rhymes and a mix tape made by Nick for my car. I am an awful person and started to get a little bit inwardly annoyed at the lack of presents and silently flicked through my book trying not to say anything. It was then that Nick passed me an envelope for the start of a mini treasure hunt! After a walk to the garden and a lot of brain wracking I got my final present of a week in a lovely cottage in North Wales and seeing Derren Brown. Wow! Of course my once very generous presents looked rubbish after this.....

A brilliant day full of eating, games and more eating. Dylan was completely overwhelmed with all his presents and everyone seemed to like my hampers and the homemade cuddly toys :)
