Boxing Day lunch

I was bored with Christmas tradition so for Boxing Day lunch with friends, we barbecued 2 spatchcocked chickens marinated overnight in yogurt and Turkish spices.

They were absolutely delicious.

I'm willing to bet that there aren't many people in northern Europe who barbecue outdoors in winter. This is what happens when you live with a pyromaniac.
