A well earned cuppa!

It was the family party today, 31 of us decended on K and Ls in Strathaven for fun, games and good conversation. L's food was fantastic and I fell in love with her chicken Korma.
This is a mad day, I know, we hosted it last year.
Its a party for all ages,we have the games such as the farmer wants a wife and Bobby Bingo for the wee ones and more intelectual games for he adult such as "name the animal noise!".
I am a reletive new comer to it as I have only been attending for about 23 years, but the origins of it started about 50 years ago, I think with two couples "D's" Mum and Dad and J and E. It has grown as the children have come along, and their children have come along. About 6 years ago the next generation took the party on from the first generation and it rotates between the four couples, next year it's J and Ks turn!
