Pink?
This has got to be the world's weirdest city in terms of weather. Today Shep and I sat on his balcony and - no word of a lie - watched small clumps of sunlight and flash flood fall one after the other from the edge of Table Mountain. Even as I walked the three or four blocks to this cafe, I was strolling through miniature downpours and sun the whole way. I guess having two oceans intersect at a solitary, flat-topped mountain might have something to do it...
Either way, I was happy to turn around and find that this Dutch slash South Florida styled home I'm so fond of turned out to match the excellent, albeit rare so far, Cape Town sunset.
