Spilled out

This candle has given its all. It was first lit on Nov 27, the first day of Advent. It was then lit at the beginning of each evening meal eaten at home since, with the addition of another candle each week. Since we were away for Christmas Day itself (the official end of Advent when the fifth candle is lit) we lit them all for the first and last time tonight. Sweet closure on a special season!
