Night lights

Today finally came the day of returning to my job, as the period of one hundred and thirteen days of parental leave plus some holidays has come to an end.

The day went well, I suppose. My co-workers (and friends, as I'm lucky to work with people that are more than just colleagues) received me well, my desk hadn't been messed up with (a prank we sometimes pull on people out on vacation) and I still had tea and cookies on my drawers. The work itself will take some time to fully get back into, but I knew that already.

Oh well, back to "normal" life. It had to happen.
