Pedal boats

While in Porto Alegre this time, I've crossed the Parque Farroupilha several times -- my sister lives near the park and I also walked through it with my 2-year-old niece looking for swings and sand to play in. Each time I feel like renting a pedal boat to go around the little pond, but it's never a good time. The boats closer in have been there since I was little, and renting them was always a big treat then. The swan-shaped boats in the back are new-ish. I'm not sure about their water-worthiness with their big necks -- I saw one overturn the other day as I sat in the sandbox with Luísa.
