Street Sweeper

I was on the balcony at work (same as yesterday's blip) when this guy came past. He is keeping his patch clean. I have seen him before and love his cracker of a silver reflective hat. The 'broom' he is using is standard street sweeper equipment. It looks like it is made from old bushes but it is effective enough and I imagine REALLY cheap.
