All smiles ...

Turned out a pretty busy day today ...

Mr G went karting today, after delivering one of the old toys I sold - making room! By the time he got home I had a list of 'want to do's', so trekked over to B&Q and homebase to get paint and border for Clara's room, her room is plain Magnolia but with lots of ugly marks over the walls so we're going to paint her room lilac and pink (yeah, how unoriginal) but that's what she's asked for and .. As we've only ever rented, it's the first room we've ever decorated for her! We also found a wardrobe with 20% off in Homebase, and it looks pretty nice too, going to paint that up too! Can't wait to get creative! :)

Earlier, after Storm woke from her nap, I was folding washing, Clara came running upstairs full of giggles and excitement because she'd managed to open a Christmas Cracker and 'won' a birthday hat and a hair clip. Storm shortly came running upstairs with the same level of excitement because she'd found an open pack of biscuits. Which is very funny as my two seem to be ruled by their tummies!! :)
