Christmas at Woolworths...

Woolworths used to be the place to go for everything from a needle to an anchor.

When I was growing up, the Greenock branch was where we went to buy LPs (before I was old enough to hang out trendy record shops), and of course a bumper bag of Pic 'n' Mix before a visit to the Regal Cinema.

This is the sad shell of the massive 'Big W' store on the outskirts of Edinburgh.

I wonder how long it will be before it 'goes on fire'?
