Sankey Valley

Went to Gatewarth tip this morning. The Sankey Canal is within 100yds of the site and I ventured to take some pics. The bridges used to swing but most have been replaced by firmly fixed bridges, including this one.

They were very helpful at the tip and had me umloaded in no time.
