Christmas Dinner

Four of us for Christmas Dinner at our place :)

We had chips, crackers, dip and Camembert Cheese to start, then barbequed a chicken in the Weber with a variety of veggies(potatoes, pumpkin, zucchini). Dessert was Tipsy Tart with homemade ice-cream, Yum!!

We seem to have spent most of the day in the kitchen and it was surprisingly pleasant. Candice made the ice-cream. Luke chopped the dates for the tipsy tart and made some Condensed Milk biscuits. I made the Tipsy Tart and tried to keep up with the washing up and Michael was in charge of the barbeque :)
