Gnomey elves

I popped into the shops on the Friday before Christmas to get some additional Christmas supplies for my mum. At the till I was distracted by this tube of Jaffa cakes. I asked myself, who doesn't need this many Jaffa cakes? So I bought it.

I have spent the last 4 days munching my way through them, with a little help from J and T.

It was only when I got home that I saw the tube was 'taller than your average elf'. Today I thought I'd put it to the test. This little guy lives in the garden so I braved the elements to get a closer look. To be fair, I think he's probably more of a gnome than an elf, but I think we've all learnt something here: the Jaffa Cake marketing campaign is spot on. Well done McVitie!
