Merry Go Round

This Merry go round at the Caroline Bay Carnival was 1st used in 1865 I believe it is the last one in the Southern Hemisphere. The horses came from France they are carved in wood
Back in 1976 they were destroyed by fire but fortunately one of our local painters repainted them for Timaru
