Ribble Valley 10k

No 1 son Callum took to the roads in the RV10k road race that doubles up as the Northern Athletics 10k road race champs. Good turn out of over a 1000 runners plus late entry Alastair Brownlee World Triathalon Champion no less and the ever green Ron Hill. Cal finished a respectable 89th, 10th junior man and a new PB 34.24. Well it had to be as he has never run this distance on the roads before. We finished the day off with a short pottering walk thru the muddy fields around Stonyhurst College and River Hodder.
