I lied !

So I didn't get out of the lounge for the blip ...

I started the day so well with a full-on spin class, put the body armour on to battle the city centre this afternoon as I had to get Lois' christmas phone fixed (operator error on my part tho)which was followed by a couple of hours house cleaning frenzy.

A girlie night tonight as poor D is late shift. We are therefore eating all of the best choccies out of the box whilst watching a chick flick. So, tonights uninteresting effort comes from the horizontal position on the sofa !
